HNW Receptionist

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly professional and polished individual to join a leading investment firm based in the heart of Central London.
This role is ideally suited to an individual from a luxury hospitality background who is looking to take the next step in their career within a prestigious corporate environment. Candidates with experience gained on superyachts, in private members' clubs, five-star hotels or other ultra-high-end hospitality settings will be particularly well suited.
As the face of the business, you will deliver a first-class experience to clients, investors and senior executives, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm, professional and polished welcome to all visitors and clients
- Managing a busy reception area and ensuring the smooth running of front-of-house operations
- Handling incoming calls with confidence, professionalism and discretion
- Coordinating meeting rooms, hospitality requirements and visitor arrangements
- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties and office coordination
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders
- Maintaining exceptional presentation standards throughout the reception and client areas
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and supporting the business where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs, superyachts or five-star establishments
- Exceptionally well spoken with outstanding communication skills
- Immaculately presented with a professional and confident manner
- Strong administration and organisational abilities
- Excellent telephone etiquette and client-facing skills
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels, from VIP clients to senior executives
- Adaptable, proactive and solutions-focused
- A genuine team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable, discreet and highly professional
- Ambitious and eager to develop a long-term career within a corporate environment
