A prestigious global finance firm is seeking an outstanding Senior Executive Assistant to support a high-level Partner in a true 360° role. This position requires exceptional organisational capability, sharp commercial awareness, and the confidence to operate at pace in a demanding, high-performance environment.
You’ll manage a complex diary, global travel, stakeholder relationships, meeting preparation, and strategic support, acting as a trusted extension of the Partner. The ideal candidate brings experience as a Senior EA/PA within finance or investment, with a polished communication style and a proactive, anticipatory mindset.
We are looking for:
- Candidates with military backgrounds who have since built strong EA experience in finance or similar are warmly encouraged to apply as well as candidates who have supported board level individuals.
- At least 6 years experience as an EA/PA.
- This role is based in office 4 days/week and 1 day WFH.
