A leading global luxury brand is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to support the Founder and Executive Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role requiring impeccable judgement, strategic insight, and the ability to operate with absolute discretion in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the Founder, ensuring they are fully briefed with the right context, materials, and options ahead of key decisions.
- Oversee time-critical approvals, emerging risks, and priority issues, ensuring nothing stalls progress.
- Attend senior internal and external meetings, capturing decisions, actions, and owners, and driving disciplined follow-through.
- Represent the Founder in high-level meetings where required, communicating their intent, standards, and leadership stance with clarity.
- Maintain oversight of Founder-level commitments, ensuring alignment between intent and execution across the organisation.
- Support preparation of board, investor, and commercial presentations, ensuring strategic clarity and strong narrative.
