Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Business and Private Personal Assistant to support the Senior Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff and the Founder of an international luxury goods empire. This is a high-level, fast-paced role requiring an exceptional individual who is comfortable operating across both business and private environments. This role will be on call with some travel. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a close-knit Family Office team, working closely alongside the Founder, the Senior Executive Assistant, and the Private Executive Assistant, ensuring the seamless coordination of both professional and personal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive business and private PA support to the Founder via the Senior EA / Chief of Staff
- Work collaboratively with the Senior EA and Private Executive Assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate complex international travel itineraries and logistics
- Manage diary scheduling, appointments, and meetings across multiple time zones
- Assist with private household coordination and lifestyle management
- Liaise with internal teams, external advisors, and household staff
- Support the wider Family Office operations when required
- Maintain the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Errand running
- Wardrobe Management
Candidate Profile
- Significant experience as a PA / Executive Assistant supporting UHNW individuals, founders, or principals
- Experience working across corporate environments and private households
- Proven ability to operate within a small, high-performing Family Office team
- Exceptional organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
