PA Contract Services Ltd is a Developer and Principal Contractor, working closely with a number of retailers to deliver retail units across the country.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Site Manager based for a New Retail Development, including a 400m2 Tesco Express and a second 500m2 structure, sub-divided into 4 units. The units will be steel and masonry construction and include associated external works.
The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for delivering the project, overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety and compliance, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing project schedules.
We would ideally like the successful candidate to commence employment on Monday 2nd March 2026, ahead of site commencement of Monday 9th March 2026, with a project duration of 30 weeks.
PA Contract Services has several comparable projects scheduled to begin in Scotland in 2026 and 2027. Therefore, should the partnership prove successful, there will be opportunities to continue employment with our organisation.
