Job Description
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to drive high‑impact recruitment across the business, support our hiring engine, and help senior talent acquisition teams hire fast.

What You Can Expect
- Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office to be with colleagues; the rest your choice of remote or client site.
- Coordinate high‑volume recruitment processes from interview to verbal offer.
- Manage candidate and hiring manager activities to ensure smooth, timely processes across time zones using SmartRecruiters.
- Handle interview logistics, including room bookings and feedback sessions.
- Raise and track purchase orders for agencies and search firms.
- Use AI insights and data to drive process improvements.
- Use Excel when required to track processes.
- Collaborate with recruiters to identify automation opportunities (e.g., self‑scheduling).
Qualifications
- Experience using ATSs to coordinate high‑volume recruitment processes.
- Experience in a fast‑paced admin or recruitment support role.
- Highly organised with high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and re‑prioritise workload quickly.
- Clear communication and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
- Experience using systems and data to improve processes.
- Curiosity (and ideally experience) using AI and automation in recruitment.

Additional Information
Assessment process: Introductory call with a recruiter to explore your background, motivations and the role. First round: Competency‑based interview with two members of the HR team. Final round: Live case study with the hiring manager focused on topics such as prioritisation and communication, followed by a short take‑home assignment.
