  • Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement - Support the Social Value Community of Practice, helping drive engagement, preparing materials, and encouraging knowledge sharing across teams. Support account and bid teams to develop their own social value responses to required levels of quality and compliance. Undertake desk‑based research into policy, practice, and innovation in the social value field, sharing key insights to inform ongoing improvement.
  • Administrative & Compliance Support - Provide proactive administrative support to the Social Value team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, managing information flows, and updating project records. Track and support achievement of KPIs such as social value scores from bids, spending with SMEs, hours delivering social value, work experience placements, and other social value activities. Assist the Social Value Lead in ensuring the function complies within internal policies and frameworks, external mandates, and reporting requirements.
