What You Can Expect
- Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. You’ll use your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as work on internal projects.
- Live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams.
- Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week; actual time spent may vary by role or assignment, including up to five days per week on a client site.
- Engage in a broad variety of projects and tech stacks for clients across seven sectors.
- Join a supportive and collaborative tech community through knowledge-sharing, peer mentoring and ongoing learning. You’ll have a budget to take courses (technical and non-technical) and gain certifications.

- Lead and Deliver: Lead complex design projects from strategy to execution, manage assignments, and foster high-performing teams.
- Design Excellence: Champion design excellence using end-to-end methods including service blueprinting, swimlane development, and ecosystem mapping.
- Innovate with AI: Use AI technologies to aid idea generation and problem solving for business challenges.
- Shape Strategy: Lead design strategy and implementation while exceeding user needs and solving complex challenges.
- Grow Business: Contribute to business development by creating new client offers and leading proposals and pitches.
Essential requirements
- A Problem Solver: You thrive in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- A Client Partner: You have experience in a client-facing role (agency or consultancy) with strong relationship-building and outcomes ownership.

- A Product Launcher: You have experience in designing and launching digital products and services.
Please be aware that some UK roles require UK security clearance. All PA people undergo background checks and Baseline Personnel Security Standard; some roles require higher National Security Vetting with at least 5 years of UK residency.
