Job DescriptionThis is an interesting and varied role where you will be responsible for support our UK users based outside of London. The role will allow you to develop your skills in areas such as excellent customer services, automation, problem-solving skills and secure IT support.The successful candidate will work within a wider team to maintain a strong security stance, following strict processes and support to ensure the integrity of all IT services. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.QualificationsExperience working in a customer facing IT support role, handling support tickets and interacting with colleagues of varying seniority and IT proficiency levels.Knowledge of Windows Operating systems, Azure, Office 365 and Intune.Preferably experience managing platforms within Azure, specifically Azure Virtual Desktops.Candidates must possess UK single-nationality and have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years to obtain the security clearance level needed for this role.
