The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Flexible working - We operate in a hybrid working environment where we come into a client site or office, at least 2-3 days per week. Travel to client site will be necessary as and when the client requires.
Our Systems Insights & Solutions team are looking for Resilience Consultants with experience from a range of sectors such as Defence and Security, Public Services, Transport, Energy and Utilities and more. Our Systems Insights & Solutions resilience experts believe that resilience can only be sought through an end-to-end analysis of operations, and through the application of systems thinking; organisations need an approach that is broader than the previous traditional disciplines of business continuity management.
As a Systems Insights and Solutions Consultant, you will work on projects that have a real impact on everyday life, delivering game-changing solutions. This role will focus upon the application of whole system resilience assessment and capability building in the following key areas:
- People resilience
- Societal resilience
- Infrastructure resilience
- Digital resilience
- Operational resilience
- Supply chain resilience
- Climate resilience
We excel in joining the dots across systems and supporting our clients with their situational awareness; risk management, resilient leadership & culture, whole system resilience assessment, measurement for investment decision making, and building resilience operating models.
Past projects have included:
- Supporting the MOD build a resilient supply chain and industrial base.
- Designing a full staff competency framework to professionalise resilience in the rail industry.
- Delivering an innovative review of the risk to transport sector infrastructure from dam collapse.
- Leading a future-facing review of the physical security strategy for a quasi-diplomatic international organisation.
- Working with a European Central Bank to ensure resilience of their high value payment system.
Qualifications
You will possess the ability to combine a proven multi-disciplinary outlook with a passion for designing resilient/sustainable businesses. Experience in engaging and presenting to clients, with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to highlight recommendations and insights. Proven background and technical expertise in resilience in one of the following areas: organisational resilience; supply chain resilience; emergency planning; climate resilience. Experience of relevant international standards for resilience, risk management, information security, and/or service continuity. Certification to relevant industry bodies e.g. BCI. Passion for designing resilient and sustainable businesses, in support of national resilience. Stakeholder management skills, capable of managing cross-business interactions. Systems Thinking, capable of undertaking strategic and detailed work.
