Responsibilities

  • Work with the Account Administrative team supporting the Consulting and GTM teams.
  • Manage project system activities: opening and maintaining sold projects; ensure complete booking of time to projects; raise invoices for one or more Consulting teams.
  • Maintain commercial awareness to ensure timely invoicing and a good working relationship with Credit Control.
  • Monitor weekly WIP and debt position; support invoice sending as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain \”Weekly Job Not Set Up Hours\” and \”Unresolved Hours Monday – Thursday\” to ensure accurate weekly reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a finance team; desire to develop expertise in organisational agility.
  • Proficient numerical and administrative skills; strong financial acumen.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Projects or similar corporate tools; strong Excel skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; solution-driven.
  • Adaptable to change; able to operate at a high level during transition.
  • Numerate with ability to analyze large data sets; solid business and commercial knowledge in a services organisation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with top-level stakeholders; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong critical thinking to solve complex problems; able to use initiative and work under pressure with limited supervision.

Hybrid working

In-office or client site a minimum of 2 days per week; actual time spent will vary by role or assignment.
