We believe in the power of ingenuity to build a positive human future. As strategies, technologies, and innovation collide, we create opportunity from complexity. Our teams of interdisciplinary experts combine innovative thinking and breakthrough technologies to progress further, faster. Our clients adapt and transform, and together we achieve enduring results.
Our payroll team is looking for an exceptional payroll administrator. You’ll be responsible for the monthly UK payroll managed using our in‑house software alongside two other payroll administrators, ensuring that our employees are paid on time. You will be part of a team and play a central role in our organisation, so it is important to be a team player – collaboration is key!
Part of the role will be making sure queries are answered and there is plenty of variety; no two days are the same. You’ll have the opportunity to get involved with:
- Year‑end returns – ensuring an efficient validation and reconciliation of post‑payroll output and the running of the costing files and month‑end reports for the Accounting Team.
- Creating and reviewing new policies and procedures.
- Reconciliation of month‑end payments to external agencies, such as HMRC and our pension provider.
Hybrid working – our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. The actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment.
About you: You’ll have gained excellent payroll legislation knowledge from your previous roles. You’ll be a strategic and forward‑thinker – focusing on finding the solution. You’re always looking for ways of making things more efficient.
We know the skill‑gap and ‘somewhat need to tick every box’ can get in the way of meeting brilliant candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply – we’d love to hear from you.
