This excellent opportunity is for an experienced Marketing Manager to join PA’s Global Marketing Team based in London. You will have a chance to join a team who create and deliver award-winning campaigns that grow the brand, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will partner closely with our internal Content, PR, Brand, Digital and Design teams to create and execute strategic campaigns and initiatives.
The successful candidate will have experience in a marketing role that covers the full marketing mix, and holds a strong track record in designing and delivering successful campaigns and initiatives in a B2B environment. The role requires you to work collaboratively with both business and marketing stakeholders, to build and deliver the right marketing response to business strategy and embed best practice across everything they do. It’s critical this candidate can adapt to work on a diverse range of projects, from strategic brand activities and global events, to tactical marketing automation and social media campaigns; within a diverse range of timeframes, from multi-year planning to urgent same day activities. You must have excellent communication skills and be confident working with stakeholders across the organisation at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign delivery – manage complex campaigns that grow the PA brand, build client relationships and drive revenue growth. Deliver within timelines and budget; measuring the impact and using insights to optimize performance.
- Digital client promotion and journeys – create clear and relevant buyer journeys for C&M campaigns, maintain sector web pages, Marketo journeys, paid advertising campaigns, email newsletters, and webinars.
- Content development – work with subject matter experts to develop thought leadership and insight pieces so that they can be communicated effectively in target accounts and the wider market.
- Value proposition development – support the development of articulating our high value business propositions and relevant promotional materials.
- Social media management – write and activate social media content for LinkedIn and Haiilo, our advocacy platform. Act as a coach and mentor to consultant teams looking to develop skills and presence.
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships – act as a trusted marketing advisor to consultants across the GTMs in Europe and US.
- Event delivery – plan and deliver strategically important events (owned and sponsored).
- CRM – support with capturing and tracking client contact information and grow the contact database. Build and deliver specific account-based marketing and sector nurture programmes.
- Brand management – ensure that all marketing activities promote and develop the PA brand, proactively acting as ambassador for PA’s purpose and brand.
- Operational excellence – maintain accurate and timely budgeting and KPI reporting at sector, geographic and global marketing levels.
- Global marketing – contribution and participation in wider marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing including digital and social media, thought leadership and content, event delivery, email marketing, account-based marketing, etc.
- An all-round, generalist marketer equally comfortable with high level planning of marketing campaigns, as well as hands on execution of marketing tactics such as writing social media and contact data entry.
- A solid understanding of marketing campaign principles, and the ability to deliver return on investment, ensuring alignment with brand and risk management.
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Team-player able to successfully build strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
- Positive attitude, appetite to learn and focus on strong teamwork.
- Creative and analytical thinking.
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and proactively engage with key stakeholders on progress and objectives.
- Professional services or B2B marketing background.
- Creativity, interest in design and understanding of visual brand identity principles.
- Preferred but not essential, knowledge or experience within the FMCG, Retail, Consumer Tech and Manufacturing sectors.
