What You Can Expect
- Apply object‑oriented programming principles in Java to design and implement robust and scalable solutions.
- Utilise cloud technologies like AWS and various data storage solutions.
- Lead and support team members for successful project implementation.
- Work with agile best practices and cross‑functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in live in‑person whiteboarding sessions and asynchronous communication on Teams.
- Hybrid working with up to 5 days on a client site – a minimum of 2 days per week.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Java software development.

Assessment Process
