Our Digital Trust & Cyber Security team works as a trusted adviser to the world’s leading consumer, healthcare and financial service firms on the privacy, resilience and cyber security challenges of today and tomorrow. Our clients are increasingly turning to PA to leverage technology to automate and support their compliance. We are looking for a leader to join our team to accelerate and lead the growth of our technology partnerships which support our clients globally across the US, UK and EU.

As the Partnerships Lead, reporting directly to the Global Head of Partnerships, you’ll be a key member of our go-to-market team, driving growth through strategic partnerships. Your role will focus on two areas:

  • Elevating our OneTrust partnership by leading top-of-funnel lead generation.
  • Building new alliances with technology partners in third-party risk and cyber security, working closely with the Digital Trust & Cyber Security leadership team.

You’ll have a proven track record in business development, either within a major consulting firm engaging with technology vendors in trust/cyber markets or working directly for a technology vendor in this space.

Areas of Expertise

  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with sales teams across technology partners and consulting to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and grow revenue.
  • Event Coordination: Organise events with technology partners and clients to share insights, generate leads, and create new opportunities. Manage content, logistics, and attendance.
  • Trust & Cyber Technology: Understand how technology supports strategic cyber security and digital trust for global organisations, and develop insight and content to maximise its benefits.

What you can expect

  • Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • You’ll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as working on internal projects.
  • Live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams.
  • Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

Qualifications

Essential requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in alliance/partnership roles within professional services or technology vendors in Digital Trust & Cyber Security.
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation and market development.
  • Relevant certifications and expertise in privacy, cyber, resilience, and/or cloud.
  • Proven business-winning capability and strong industry network.
  • Excellent consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to design robust, risk-aware solutions.
  • Willingness to learn, develop others, and build strong relationships across teams.

Please be aware that some of our UK roles at PA Consulting require a UK security clearance. All PA people are required to undergo background checks and to achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard however, some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.
