PA Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking an Early Careers Coordinator based in our Cambridge office. The role supports the delivery of recruitment events and manages the candidate journey, reporting to the team lead or Senior Recruiter, with a hands-on, front-facing role.

You will manage pipeline and candidate experience, run assessment centres and final interviews, source assessors, dispatch pre-work, arrange feedback calls, and coordinate on-site events with possible remote work.
