Job Summary
As a Consultant in our Operations and Improvement practice you will deliver large‑scale cost reduction, productivity improvements and system redesign to NHS trusts, Integrated Care Systems, Department of Health and other healthcare stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to design and implement operational and financial improvements.
- Develop advanced cost modeling, supply chain management, change management and clinical automation solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, present evidence‑based insights and influence senior stakeholders.
- Drive project delivery, manage risks, develop budgets and deliver business benefits.
Qualifications
- Senior healthcare delivery experience (patient facing or corporate). 3+ years in healthcare improvement.
- Demonstrated track record of cost improvement, productivity and large‑scale programme delivery.
- Strong leadership, influence and communication in large, diverse teams.
- Proficiency in digital technologies, operational risk management and supply chain management.
- Capable of working across multiple organisational levels and influencing senior stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in public or private healthcare sub‑sector (NHS, DHSC, private payers).
- Self‑directed, relationship‑builder and delivers high customer service.
- Strong interpersonal, team‑working and integrator skills.
