- What You Can Expect
- Work to agile best practices and cross‑functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders, using your technical skills to problem‑solve with clients and on internal projects.
- Live in‑person whiteboard sessions to problem‑solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams.
- Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week; actual time varies by role or assignment, up to five days per week on a client site.

Qualifications
- You must be an established consulting professional with experience delivering projects focused on data protection and privacy laws in the private sector, ideally consulting with Life Sciences or Financial Services clients.
- You thrive in problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
- You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven experience with relevant data protection and privacy laws and regulations (e. g. CCPA, EU GDPR, Privacy Shield) and industry standards and frameworks such as GAPP and BCR.
- Relevant qualifications such as CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E, CISM, CISSP, HCISSP, and involvement in industry organisations are desirable; we will support you in achieving them if you do not yet hold them.
- Hands‑on experience of One Trust technical configuration and integration with other systems.
- Experience with consent management and/or in the Pharma/Med Tech sector is preferred.
- Ability to understand client organisations and their business model and to tailor relevant processes to privacy requirements.
- Effective communication with different stakeholders (business, legal, IT, security) about data protection and privacy matters.
- Analytical mindset, focus on producing quality work in a results‑oriented environment.
