Operations Service Manager - Care Technology
Full‑time position within Argenti, a partnership operating under PA Consulting, focused on care technology services (TECS/telecare) for councils across the UK. Location: Southwest London, with potential travel to PA’s London office.
Responsibilities
- Service management: oversee the operational care technology service, including referrals, partner coordination, continuous improvement, and operational KPIs.
- Team leadership: manage the service delivery team.
- Risk management: identify risks and develop mitigation plans related to privacy, security, and usability.
- Performance reporting: collaborate with Finance and Performance Manager to produce accurate service performance reports for internal and client use.
- Operational data analysis: analyze data to spot trends, opportunities for improvement, and impact of interventions.
- Stakeholder liaison: lead operational engagement with service user groups.
- Quality Assurance: direct the QA Programme to meet contractual and regulatory (TSA) standards.
- Service development: manage assigned projects from initiation to completion and align them with strategic objectives.
- Service Review: lead the team in reviewing cases and communicating with service user groups.
Qualifications
- Seasoned manager with experience in care technology, social care, and health services.
- Proven managerial experience inspiring complex teams and managing remote teams with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for adult social care and improving lives of vulnerable service users.
- Good understanding of care technology outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills for independent client engagement and report production.
- Strong organisational skills with project management focus and attention to detail.
- Based in or able to commute to Southwest London twice a week.
- Deep understanding of social care users’ needs.
