We are looking for experienced Finance Transformation and Corporate Service Consultants that understand the full life cycle offinancetransformationfromstrategythrough to delivery. We are looking for adaptablefinance professionalsthat have a diverse skillset, equally comfortable in designingfunctionalstrategiesand operating modelstolanding transformativedigitalprogrammes through business change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or supportFinancestrategy development, operating model design,process and system design,and transformation planning.
- ManageFinancesystemdevelopments andimplementations, including vendor and Systems Integrator oversight.
- OptimiseFinanceprocesses with digital capabilities (e.g.: OracleFusion Cloud, SAPS4HANA,Microsoft D365)and AI technologies.
- Provide client-side advisorysupportacross the full transformation lifecycle.
- Support change management, employee engagement, training, and benefits realisation.
Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
- Strong consulting skills and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge ofFinanceplatforms (Oracle, SAP,MSD365or similar).
- Ability to work across sectors and adapt to varied client environments.
- Experience inFinanceprocessand systemsdesign, data migration, and reporting strategy
- Qualified or part qualified accountant orsignificant experienceof working in Finance functionsin linemanagement, project delivery or changesupportingroles.
- Shows strong social, interpersonal, and analytical skills – and isgenerally seenas a strong communicator with excellent intervention and presentation skills.
- Experience creating and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Experience of operating in public and private sectors.
- A drive for personal and professional progression
Please be aware that some of our UK roles at PA Consulting require a UK security clearance.
All PA people are required to undergo background checks and to achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard however, some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.
