Job Description

Work as part of the Digital & Data team to bring ideas to life through innovative software solutions. You will collaborate with product, design, and a wide range of experts across cross‑disciplinary teams.

What you can expect

  • Work with agile best practices and cross‑functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders, using your technical skills to problem‑solve with clients and on internal projects.
  • Live in‑person whiteboarding sessions to problem‑solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams.
  • Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week; actual time may vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

You must be an established consulting professional with experience delivering projects focused on data protection and privacy laws in the private sector. Ideally, you should have experience consulting with Life Sciences or Financial Service sector clients.

Qualifications

  • You thrive in problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
  • You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven experience with relevant data protection and privacy laws and regulations (e.g., CCPA, EU GDPR, Privacy Shield) and industry standards and frameworks such as GAPP and BCR.
  • Possession of relevant qualifications such as CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E, CISM, CISSP, and/or HCISSP, and/or involvement in industry related organisations (e.g., IAPP, ISACA, (ISC)²) is desirable. Where you do not have the qualifications, we will support you in achieving them.
  • Hands‑on experience of OneTrust technical configuration and integration with other systems.
  • Experience in Consent Management and/or in Pharma/MedTech sector is preferred.
  • The ability to efficiently understand client organisations and their business model and tailor relevant processes to privacy requirements.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders (e.g., business, legal, IT, security) about data protection and privacy matters.
  • An analytical mindset, with a focus on producing quality work in a results‑oriented environment.
