PA Consulting is seeking an exceptional Operations Service Manager to lead a care technology service within the Argenti partnership.

Based in London, the role combines hybrid working with client-site experience and occasional travel to PA offices.

You will oversee referrals, partner coordination and KPI delivery.

You will manage a service delivery team, drive continuous improvement, oversee risk and quality assurance, and report performance to clients and Finance.
