Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. Work on a broad variety of projects and tech stacks for clients across seven sectors - no project is ever the same. Join other experts within our supportive and collaborative tech community through knowledge-sharing and peer-level support, coaching, and mentoring. Deepen your expertise through a culture of learning and growth with a budget to take courses (technical and non-technical training) plus gain certifications.

While we advocate for using the right tech for the right task, you can expect to work with technologies to ensure scalable high-performance applications. Designers who understand how to design for AI-powered experiences and also use AI to enhance their own creative process are welcome. You’ll help shape smart responsive products while using tools like generative design, prototyping with AI, and prompt-based exploration.

What you can expect:

  • Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team alongside asynchronous communication on Teams.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to research, conceive, and craft delightful digital products and services.
  • Contribute to and support all types of research and design activities; from interviews and workshops through prototyping and user testing.
  • Rapidly visualise ideas through collaborative sketching and prototyping.
  • Craft high quality UX & UI artefacts with guidance and direction.

Qualifications:

  • You thrive in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understand and apply UX best practice while balancing the technical constraints of your project.
  • Some industry experience in producing UX and UI design to solve a range of client problems.
  • You know a range of design tools, techniques, and processes and when to apply them.
  • We're looking for designers who understand how to design for AI-powered experiences and also use AI to enhance their own creative process.
