What you can expect:

  • Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Use your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as working on internal projects.
  • Live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams.
  • Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

Values | PA Consulting

  • Tailor PA's business analysis framework to meet the specific needs of a client environment.
  • Work with clients to ensure processes are defined and requirements are captured and managed effectively.
  • Help clients build a compelling case for change and manage transformation in a controlled and effective way.
  • Provide support to programme and project implementation.
  • Perform assurance reviews of client's capabilities, drawing on PA's business analysis assurance framework and supported by your own business analysis experience.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years' experience of working as a Business Analyst, preferably in one or more of the following areas: Agile environment, process design and analysis, and/or information system transformation.
  • You thrive in problem-solving and analytical thinking in troubleshooting and solution design.
  • You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand stakeholder objectives, processes and services to contribute to strategic change control and delivery management.
  • The ability to articulate the approaches, tools, and responsibilities of a business analyst.

  • Round 2: Either a competency or technical interview, whichever you didn't do at first round (60 mins).
