Overview
In this role you will support clients in the Public Sector, Health, Transport, and Energy & Utilities to design strategies and operating structures that tackle major societal challenges.
You will work in blended teams with cross-disciplinary experts to deliver programmes from strategic design to organisational design and coherence.
You will apply design thinking and analytical skills to create innovative, evidence-based solutions and you will present recommendations to clients, including at executive levels.

Responsibilities
- Support clients to design strategies, operating structures and solutions
- Deliver projects spanning strategic design, business analysis, and organisational design
- Work in blended, cross-functional teams and partner with specialists across PA
- Apply design thinking to resolve complex client challenges
- Engage with clients and present recommendations from operational to C-suite level
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of the team
- Operate in hybrid/ client-site settings with flexible time allocation
- Key requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shaping business strategy and designing organisational structures
- Experience analyzing customer/value propositions and understanding how technology enhances effectiveness
- Experience in or for public sector, health, transport, or energy & utilities
- Data-driven and human-centred problem solving
- Familiarity with digital operating models is beneficial
- Ability to collaborate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams; capable of independent client contact
