Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week. This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

In March 2026, Jacobs Engineering acquired PA Consulting with the aim of building a global professional services powerhouse. As part of this integration, we are now bringing together our approach to reward and benefits to ensure our people are incentivised to deliver our combined strategy. The Global Reward Expert will be accountable for the delivery of a number of significant integration reward projects over a 12-month period including:

  • Implementation of a redesigned Partner incentive approach.
  • Integration of PA’s benefits offering with our parent company, Jacobs, in both the UK and the US.

This individual should be an experienced reward professional with a good understanding of compensation and benefits and experience of designing incentive schemes for senior professionals. This individual will build and foster relationships with key senior internal stakeholders, external partners and provide expert input and project management capability to successfully deliver a range of compensation and benefits projects across our global operations. The role will sit alongside PA and Jacobs global reward teams and may be required to support a number of ‘business as usual’ processes where additional capacity is required.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the PA CPO and Jacobs Global Head of Reward to deliver a number of reward projects related to the integration of PA and Jacobs.
  • Work alongside a high performing PA reward team, leaning in to support their work when needed.
  • Partner well with senior stakeholders across PA and Jacobs to design and successfully implement a range of reward related integration projects.

You will love this job if:

  • You have an analytical mindset and love data - gathering and interpreting it to drive strategy.
  • You are fascinated by reward in the broadest sense and how it can be used to deliver strategy and drive performance.
  • You thrive in an exciting, fast paced environment as part of a growth organisation undergoing frequent change and development.
  • You are a natural problem-solver who can make recommendations at pace and communicate clearly to establish credibility, competence, and confidence with key internal stakeholders.
  • You are self-driven and constantly striving to improve your own performance and the performance of your team.
  • You have a high comfort level with ambiguity, able to navigate different opinions with ease.
  • You are a structured thinker and a strong project manager who delivers to deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a global professional services firm or similar.
  • A strong compensation and benefits professional, who has experience in multiple markets and jurisdictions and experience of the design and implementation of incentive schemes for senior professionals. You are likely to have a minimum of 10 years of experience working in this field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, deadline driven and works well under pressure, with strong structured project management skills, including organising the work of a team.
  • High level of integrity, EQ and discretion.
  • Experience of integrations would be advantageous but not essential.
