Our UHNW client, a financier, based in London is looking for a Chief of Staff/Estate Manager/Personal PA to support the personal endeavours.
It is important to note: that this is not a corporate/business Chief of staff role.
The role requires someone who is flexible to travel globally and has strong household management skills.
Key responsibilities:
Assist the principals with all their personal & private interests, including their charitable endeavours, event planning
Manage the full transportation fleet, including private jets.
International travel with full flexibility to ensure the principals are fully supported.
Act as the key contact for, and gateway to, the principals for all their personal and private matters.
Hire, liaise with and manage domestic/personal staff at all levels.
Manage multiple properties globally
Liaising with contractors, consultants, designers and other professionals across the properties, managing all issues that may arise.
The right candidate:
Strong longevity in a similar and current role working with one UHNW individual or family. Unfortunately, short stints and temp work will not be considered.
Proven track record of managing multiple households including managing staff
Experience working with similar UHNW individuals, in finance, tech, property etc.
UK or US based only
