Are you currently a Support Worker looking for a bit more variety? If yes, please read on. We realise that in today’s climate, people are looking for more flexibility within their working week. That is why we at P4i are looking to fulfil your working needs with a variety of support work, to suit your hours across the week.

Whether you are looking for 16 hours a week, or 40 hours of nights, we want to talk to you to see how you can support those in your local area. You will be supporting people within a registered home setting or out in the community. Most of our residents have complex behaviours, so although the work can be challenging, it can also be very rewarding.

P4i works in partnership with The Fusion Group who run several homes in the area and they are also looking for permanent members to join the teams within their homes. If support work is new to you but you have worked within care, we still want to hear from you. We offer great rates of pay, flexible working and a fun friendly team.

Due to the type of roles, you will need to be a driver.

In return we will provide you with:

  • Hourly pay of between £12 - £20
  • Possibility of a full time permanent position if desired
  • Paid training courses covering a range of topics to support your ongoing development
