Location: Residential units in several of our own houses across Exeter
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, a standard 9-5 Monday to Friday (we are flexible to allow start time to be 8am or 10am to allow you flexibility)
Do you have experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or domestic work? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking an outstanding Housekeeper/Domestic Cleaner to join our team at a specialist residential service for young people who have left care. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment working with our care staff whose responsibilities also include cleaning to maintain our high standards. All products will be provided for you.
Key responsibilities:- Ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness
- Carry out daily & weekly cleaning regimes
- Employ safe working practices & adhere to health & safety procedures
- Comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations
The successful candidate will be friendly, considerate and have a positive attitude. They will also be a good communicator, able to work well within a team and have knowledge of COSHH (desirable).
If you are successful, you will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
