Support Worker Adults with Disabilities Temp-to-Perm Position

Locations: Preston, Leyland, Bamber Bridge, Barton

Pay: £13 per hour

About the Role

You will be supporting adults to live as independently as possible by providing personalised care and promoting choice, dignity, and wellbeing.

Duties may include:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with personal care (where required)
  • Encouraging engagement in activities and community participation
  • Promoting independence and positive outcomes
  • Working as part of a supportive, professional team

You will work as part of a rota which may include long days, sleeps and/or waking nights.
