About the Role

P4 Recruitment is proud to be recruiting a Service Manager supporting adults with complex needs including mental health challenges, homelessness, and drug and alcohol misuse histories. This is a highly rewarding leadership opportunity to oversee a service that changes lives, promotes recovery, and supports individuals to regain independence and stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the residential service
  • Ensure safe, compliant, person-centred support delivery
  • Supervise, support, and develop staff teams
  • Oversee care planning and risk management processes
  • Work in partnership with external agencies (housing, MH teams, substance misuse services)
  • Manage safeguarding concerns effectively and appropriately
  • Lead rota management and on-call responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in supported living or residential leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of mental health, homelessness, and substance misuse
  • Confident leadership and team development skills
