AbouttheRole

P4RecruitmentislookingforexperiencedandcompassionateSupportWorkerstoprovidetemporarywithinhostelsacrossLiverpool.Youwilldeliverahigh-quality,accommodation-basedserviceforindividualswithcomplexneeds,includinghomelessness,mentalhealthchallenges,andsubstancemisuse.

KeyResponsibilities

• Carryoutriskassessmentsanddevelopeffectiveriskmanagementplans.
• Assessnewclientsforsuitabilityandprovidecrisissupportwhenneeded.
• Adviseonwelfarebenefits,housing,andhomelessnesslegislation.
• Developclient-ledsupportplanstohelpachieveshort-andlong-termgoals.
• Makereferralsandassistclientsinaccessinghealth,education,employment,andcommunityservices.
• Promoteresidentinvolvementanddeliverone-to-oneandgroupinterventions.
• Ensurecompliancewithsafeguarding,confidentiality,anddataprotectionprotocols.
• Maintainaccuraterecordsandsupportfacilitymanagement,includingsafetychecksandroominspections.
