About the Service

The service provides 11 self-contained flats for adults recovering from mental health problems. Residents are supported to manage their accommodation, improve wellbeing, build life skills, and successfully transition back into independent living and the wider community. The approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and focused on helping every individual achieve greater independence and stability.

The Role

As Service Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery and ongoing development of the service. You will inspire and support your team to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused support while ensuring the service remains safe, effective, and financially sustainable. You will work closely with residents, staff, commissioners, and external agencies.
