We're recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a thriving Extra Care service in Kirkby.

This purpose-built service supportsolder adults to live independently within their own apartments while providing flexible, high-quality support whenever it's needed.

You'll be responsible for the overall management of the service, leading a large and dedicated staff team, maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and ensuring every person receives exceptional, person-centred care.

Your Responsibilities

As Registered Manager, you will

  • Lead, motivate and develop a large team of care professionals.
