For over 180 years, You Matter has been supporting people through some of life's hardest moments. They work with individuals when life feels unstable, overwhelming or uncertain, providing safe homes and support that always begins with listening. Their services cover homelessness, mental health, addiction and domestic abuse complex and often overlapping challenges. The people they support are often at their lowest point, struggling to find hope. You Matter helps them rediscover their strengths, rebuild confidence, and believe in a more positive future.
The Role: As a Day Support Worker, you will work directly with individuals to provide practical and emotional support, helping them move towards greater independence. You'll build positive relationships, empower residents, and support them in achieving their personal goals.
