What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting adults to live fulfilling, independent lives.
- Leading and motivating a team of Support Workers.
- Ensuring high standards of person-centred care are delivered.
- Acting as a role model and providing guidance to the wider team.
- Completing care documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Participating in the on-call rota and responding to call-outs when required.
- Working alongside management to ensure the service operates safely and effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Senior Support Worker or experienced Support Worker role.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A flexible approach to working shifts and participating in the on-call rota.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
