Service Leader – Adult Health & Social Care
Salary: £33,482 per annum | Monday to Friday

P4 Recruitment is looking for a motivated and dedicated Service Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of a care service, ensuring individuals receive high-quality, person-centred support while leading, developing and inspiring a team.

The Role
As Service Leader, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the service, ensuring individuals are supported to live fulfilling lives while promoting dignity, independence and choice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and support staff, including rota coordination, supervision and performance management.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing.
- Manage safeguarding concerns and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
- Oversee daily service operations, budgets, health and safety, and quality standards.
- Build positive working relationships with families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
- Maintain accurate records, complete reports and oversee audits to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support recruitment, staff induction, training and ongoing professional development.
- Promote a positive team culture where staff feel supported, accountable and motivated to deliver the best possible outcomes.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a senior or management role within adult health and social care.
- Has strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Understands person-centred care, safeguarding and CQC requirements.
- Is confident managing day-to-day operations and maintaining quality standards.
- Has excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes.
