As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Working in a small 2-bed home, you’ll have the time and space to build meaningful relationships and deliver truly person-centred care.
- Supporting young people with their day-to-day routines, including school, activities, and appointments
- Leading shifts and providing guidance to support staff
- Ensuring high standards of care in line with regulations and company policies
- Promoting a therapeutic, child-centred approach
- Supporting the development, review, and implementation of care plans
- Building positive, trusting relationships with young people
Minimum 1 year experience in a children’s residential setting
Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
Experience supporting or leading shifts
Full UK driving licence (preferred/essential depending on role)
Flexibility to work a 2 on / 4 off rota including sleep-ins
Competitive salary of £32,000 – £35,000 + £50 per sleep-in (paid on top of salary)
Consistent 2 on / 4 off shift pattern for work-life balance
