About the Role
We are seeking a confident and organised Client Service Coordinator to join a busy domiciliary home care office team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, families, and care staff, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service delivery across the branch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced care environment and enjoys problem-solving, coordination, and supporting vulnerable people in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, enquiries, and service requests
- Maintain accurate client records and update care management systems
- Liaise with families, social workers, and healthcare professionals
- Support onboarding of new clients and service assessments
- Handle complaints and concerns professionally and in line with policies
- Ensure continuity of care by monitoring staff availability and coverage
About You
- Experience in domiciliary care, care coordination, or office administration (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Good IT skills (care management systems desirable)
