About the Role As a Service Leader, you will provide strong, hands‑on leadership across multiple services, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate support for individuals with a range of needs, including complex and challenging behaviours. You will play a key role in developing staff, maintaining compliance, and promoting positive outcomes for the people we support.

Enable individuals to live independently within their own homes
Oversee care plans, risk assessments, audits, and daily service delivery
Ensure high‑quality, person‑centred support is consistently delivered
Understand and effectively support individuals with complex or challenging behaviours
Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff
