About the Role
As a Service Leader, you will provide strong, hands‑on leadership across multiple services, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate support for individuals with a range of needs, including complex and challenging behaviours. You will play a key role in developing staff, maintaining compliance, and promoting positive outcomes for the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and motivate a team of Support Workers across multiple services
