Service lead supported living

• No on call required Driving licence & access to a vehicle required We are seeking a caring, motivated, and experienced Service Leader (Level 2) to oversee 2–3 supported living services across the Southport area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support and empowering individuals to live independently in their own homes.

About the Role As a Service Leader, you will provide strong, hands-on leadership across multiple services, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate support for individuals with a range of needs, including complex and challenging behaviours.

You will play a key role in developing staff, maintaining compliance, and promoting positive outcomes for the people we support.
