The Role
As a Night Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and secure throughout the night. You'll be a calm and reassuring presence, responding to needs as they arise and maintaining a stable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overnight support within supported accommodation services
- Ensure the safety and security of residents and the building
- Conduct regular welfare checks and respond to incidents
