Are you an experienced and passionate leader in adult social care? Were looking for a Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed residential service supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism in Preston.

About the Service:

• Purpose-built complex residential setting

• Supports 2 individuals with learning disabilities and autism

• Focus on positive behaviour support and personalised care

What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing a dedicated staff team

• Ensuring regulatory compliance with CQC

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care

• Building positive relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders

• Driving continuous improvement and outcomes

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in LD/Autism services

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or working towards

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• A values-driven approach aligned with person-centred practice

• Thorough knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
