You Matter is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Night Worker to support their vital services across the Liverpool City Region. For over 180 years, You Matter has been supporting people through some of life's hardest moments, providing safe homes and support that always begins with listening. Their services cover homelessness, mental health, addiction, and domestic abuse, addressing complex and often overlapping challenges.

The Role:

  • Provide overnight support within supported accommodation services
  • Ensure the safety and security of residents and the building
  • Conduct regular welfare checks and respond to incidents
  • Maintain accurate records and clear handovers
  • Work in line with individual support plans
  • De-escalate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy

About You:

  • Experience in homelessness, mental health, addiction or similar settings is desirable
