About the Role
You will be responsible for the leadership and management of two supported living services, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a real, positive impact, while leading services that promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire teams to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support
- Promote meaningful community engagement and inclusion

- Act as Registered Manager, ensuring compliance and service excellence
- Maintain strong standards around safeguarding, quality, and risk management
About You
- Experience within health and social care
- Confident leader with a positive, proactive approach

- Experience managing behaviours that require intensive support planning
- Comfortable using basic IT systems (training provided)
- Relevant qualification – minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or above
