Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of a children’s residential home in line with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015
- Achieve and maintain GOOD or OUTSTANDING Ofsted ratings
- Lead, develop, and supervise the staff team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care
- Ensure safeguarding practices are robust and effective
- Manage admissions, care planning, risk assessments, and outcomes for young people
- Maintain high standards of compliance, quality assurance, and reporting

About You
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
- Strong history of achieving or maintaining GOOD or OUTSTANDING Ofsted outcomes
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- In-depth knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, safeguarding, and legislation
- Confident, resilient leader with excellent organisational and people‑management skills
