About the Role
You will be supporting adults to live as independently as possible by providing personalised care and promoting choice, dignity, and wellbeing.
Duties may include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
- Assisting with personal care (where required)
- Encouraging engagement in activities and community participation
- Promoting independence and positive outcomes
- Working as part of a supportive, professional team
You will work as part of a rota which may include long days, sleeps and/or waking nights.
