As the Toddler Room Leader, you will: Lead and inspire a team within the toddler room. Create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment for children aged 23 years. Plan and deliver exciting activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Support children's learning, development and wellbeing. Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues. Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are always followed. Mentor and support team members to deliver outstanding childcare. What We're Looking For
Level 3 Early Years Qualification
(essential). Previous experience working within an early years setting. Experience leading a room or supporting the management of a room is desirable. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A genuine passion for providing outstanding childcare. What's on Offer
