The Role
As Service Lead, you’ll take ownership of a dynamic service, leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You’ll empower both staff and the people we support to thrive, promoting independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of support staff
- Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding
- Manage rotas, performance, and service delivery
